Ruby MQI v0.1

I have uploaded the very first release of Ruby MQI to softwaretrenches.com.
Ruby MQI provides access to WebSphere MQ (MQSeries) programming interface (MQI).

This implementation is based on Ruby/DL and makes most of MQI functions available in ruby.
