Yes, the crowd can sometimes be smarter than the individual but the list of pre-conditions is long.
"Bill Bryson":http://www.randomhouse.com/features/billbryson/ is one my favorite authors.
Interesting but hard to read. I'll have to re-read it later.
Disappointing. Written for employees.
